This hunting badge is NOT available for general sale. These badges are often referred to as Jagdabzeichen on the European continent and are traditionally worn by hunters on their cap.

The following hunting badges are examples of custom designs that we developed together with our clients and crafted in our workshop.

The ancestral coat of arms of Clam Castle features, on one side, the historic Clam arms with a maiden symbolizing the castle’s never having been taken by force, and on the other side, the arms of the Martinic family, showing silver seeblätter (water lily leaves) and a golden star – according to Infogram. It is a combined coat of arms that reflects the history of the castle and the families who have lived there over the centuries.

Clam Castle, whose origins date back to the 12th century, has been owned by the Clam family for 18 generations. The current lord of the castle, Carl Philip Clam-Martinic, has embraced this legacy and led the estate into the 21st century by opening it for concerts and cultural events.

This hunting badge depicts the original, ancestral arms of the historical family of Clam Castle – without the later-added elements of the Martinic family.
