# Terms of Service

## 1. Scope and Provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between you as a customer and us, the online shop **Sophiesalm.com**.
(2) Service provider and contractual partner is:

## 2. Conclusion of Contract in the Online Shop
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
(2) The ordering process in our shop comprises the following steps:
1. Selection of the desired product in the respective specification (e.g., size, design).
2. Adding the product to the shopping cart.
3. Clicking the checkout button ("Checkout").
4. Entering billing and shipping addresses.
5. Selecting the preferred payment method.
6. Reviewing all details and items in the cart.
7. Legally binding placement of the order by clicking the final payment button (e.g., "Pay Now" or "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen").
(3) **Correction of Input Errors:** You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by using your browser's standard navigation functions (such as the "Back" button) or directly in the shopping cart by modifying quantities or deleting items. The ordering process can also be cancelled at any time by closing the browser window.
(4) The contract is concluded only when we send an order confirmation via email or, at the latest, upon dispatch of the goods.

## 3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All listed prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation (*Kleinunternehmerregelung*), no VAT is charged or included.
(2) Shipping costs are added to the final price and will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
(3) Payment methods available include those shown during checkout (e.g., advance bank transfer, selected payment service providers such as PayPal). The total invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

## 4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
(1) Delivery of goods is made to the shipping address provided by you, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items are shipped within an average of 3 to 7 business days following confirmation of payment.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

The statutory liability for defects (warranty) applies in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

## 8. Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence are not withdrawn.
